Saturday 22nd June, Mortimer House, London
9.15am - 1pm
We’re SO excited to announce that our third Dorset Cereals #Breakfastontheslow Session will take place on Saturday 22nd June at Mortimer House, London.
Join us for a delicious @dorsetcereals #Breakfastontheslow followed by an inspiring chat all about pressing pause, slowing down and avoiding burnout, hosted by Chloe Brotheridge @ChloeBrotheridge – hypnotherapist and author of ‘The Anxiety Solution’ and ‘Brave New Girl’.
Joining Chloe on the panel will be:
* the brilliant Lucy Sheridan @lucysheridan AKA The Comparison Coach
* life coach and author of Pause (How to press pause before life does it for you) Danielle Marchant @lifebydanielle
* Rosie Millen @missnutritionist talking about her recovery from burnout five years ago
* Samantha Clarke @samanthaand_ Happiness Consultant, whose job involves making ‘work happiness’ a priority for individuals and companies.
Our amazing panel will be discussing our modern day obsession with being ‘busy’; how FOMO and comparison culture, combined with an anxiety about underachieving is leading us to experience what experts have called ‘Generation Burnout’ for millennials (especially for women). Our panel will share their own personal tips for slowing down, taking a pause and focussing on what is really important in our lives.
This will be followed by three insightful mini-workshops: a powerful sound bath with Louise @soundawakening enabling deep relaxation to bring about peace and wellbeing. A game-changing session with Danielle @lifebydanielle providing practical advice and tips on pressing pause. And finally a nourishing mini-workshop with Gem Ogston @gemswholesomekitchen teaching us how to make a mood-boosting breakfast pot, to ensure that our breakfasts are slower yet deliciously nutritious…
Leave feeling inspired, calm and mindful with tips on slowing down and appreciating the simple pleasures that you can apply to your everyday life.
