Please note this is not designed to be a weight loss programme BUT by eliminating meat, dairy, refined sugars and gluten from your diet you will hopefully start to feel FABULOUS . ( you may have a headache for the first few days due to cutting out many different food groups all at once ) You are likely to lose some weight by cutting out all the refined foods but this programme is about re-energising and nourishing you as well as giving your Gut some TLC.I would recommend cutting down or cutting out Alcohol and Caffeine will make you feel even better alongside this (but of course this is up to you!)

I have studied Plant based nutrition so all daily food is balanced and nutritious.

Please advise me of any allergies or intolerances before you start.
