Enough time for your pud to soak up all that lovely booze just in time for Christmas ! Choosing from some local Ales from neighbours at Unbarred brewery or of course Sherry to soak your fruit in and a delicious recipe made by Gem will make this Vegan Christmas pudding the best one you have ever tasted .
As well as making a Christmas Pud we will make some yummy plant based sweet snacks which for you to take home along withe recipe so you can recreate these as they make the perfect gift.
We will be chatting about how you can make your Christmas far more sustainable and healthier this year with lots of practical tips and ideas that you can implement into your festivities and daily lives.
Backwood is Brightons new sustainable cafe using only local, seasonal and sustainable produce which makes it the perfect location for this festive and fun sustainable workshop.
Canapes and a welcome drink will be included in the cost of the ticket and more drinks will be available to buy if you would like.
