Plant Based Cooking Workshop

Gem will be teaching a Plant Based Cooking workshop.

We will cover some plant based  basics such as Nut Milks, Nut Cheeses , energy Balls and Breakfast pots.

I will cover basic Plant based nutrition and give you info and tips on how to get extra plant proteins and nutrients into your diet,

In the class you will make a yummy nutritious plant based meal to take home for your family as well as energy balls and a breakfast pot to take home.

I will be demo-ing more dishes and sharing my tips and hacks for an easy transition into eating more plant based foods.

Please arrive at 7 for nibbles and a glass of wine or cup of tea .
